If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your order for refund, replacement less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items with traceout of modification are not eligible for refund, replacement or exchange. Contact us at (632) 728-6816 or email at customercare@philcrafter.com to make a return claim and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). Returns without RA#'s will be refused. The following information must be included with your return. Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning an item. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to Philcrafter, Ent. within 30 days. If items were damaged in transit, Philcrafter, Ent. will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the damaged items and will send out a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. You account will be charged for the replacement item and then you will receive a credit for the defective item once it has been received by Philcrafter, Ent. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to Philcrafter, Ent. by EMS or UPS for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid. . PROCESSING REFUNDS Philcrafter, Ent. will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card company. Philcrafter, Ent. will refund you in the same manner in which you paid - by credit card or by check.
